Professional golfer extraordinaire, Tiger Woods celebrated his 30th birthday earlier this year by forking out $40 million on a luxury estate on Florida’s Jupiter Island.
The 10-time major champion has set a record sale price for a property in an area Forbes magazine labeled as the “Most Expensive ZIP Code.”
But of course Tiger Woods can afford it. He was one of the highest earning US sportsman in 2004 with $80 million from endorsements and appearance fees alone.
